Frustrating experience with poor service

My order was stuck at a postal location for 10 days. I informed the company, but they told me to contact the post office myself. They refused to file a claim for reimbursement after USPS confirmed the package was lost. Now they aren't responding to my emails. I've seen similar complaints. They even offered me 40% off for a replacement?! Avoid this store.
