Avoid this website!

I would NOT recommend this website. They charge $6.99 for shipping on shoelaces?! I needed laces for my shoes, and they only offer limited lengths. I should have checked their return policy; I ended up spending extra on shipping for a return and only got half my money back. I lost $14 on shoelaces. There are better options out there.

Frustrating experience with poor service

My order was stuck at a postal location for 10 days. I informed the company, but they told me to contact the post office myself. They refused to file a claim for reimbursement after USPS confirmed the package was lost. Now they aren't responding to my emails. I've seen similar complaints. They even offered me 40% off for a replacement?! Avoid this store.

Overpriced and slow delivery

I paid £4.99 for delivery, but it took 5 days to dispatch. As someone with an e-commerce business, I know it shouldn't take that long or cost that much to ship. Royal Mail charges £2.48. I wouldn't mind paying £4.99 if it were next day delivery.

Terrible experience, never got my laces. The postal service lost them, and their solution was to offer a replacement at 50% off instead of a proper replacement.
