I made a purchase, and although the payment was taken from my account immediately, I never received an order confirmation or number. I emailed the customer support team three times with all my payment and order information, but I’ve yet to receive a reply. I am left in the dark about whether my order was approved or shipped, which is quite frustrating and unacceptable. I’m writing this review hoping someone finally contacts me, as the lack of communication has been disappointing. Update: I shared payment proof via email and it's been almost 24 hours without a response. Can you please confirm my order status? If not, please refund my payment. I’m willing to change my rating, but it’s not easy with the current situation. Update: The item was delivered quickly once customer service contacted me, so I’m raising my rating to 4 stars based on their quick response after communication was established.
