Issues with incorrect size delivered

I placed an order around two weeks ago and received my package last week. Unfortunately, the wrong size was sent, despite my order being correct as shown in the email. I have emailed the order and tracking details but have not received any reply. I would like to receive the correct size that I paid for. I'm posting here since it seems to be the only way to get a response.

Order placed two weeks ago...

I placed an order about two weeks ago and received my package last week. However, the wrong size was delivered even though I ordered the correct one as confirmed in the email. I've sent an email with my order and tracking details but have not received any response. I would like to receive the correct size that I paid for. Lack of communication

I made a purchase, and although the payment was taken from my account immediately, I never received an order confirmation or number. I emailed the customer support team three times with all my payment and order information, but I’ve yet to receive a reply. I am left in the dark about whether my order was approved or shipped, which is quite frustrating and unacceptable. I’m writing this review hoping someone finally contacts me, as the lack of communication has been disappointing. Update: I shared payment proof via email and it's been almost 24 hours without a response. Can you please confirm my order status? If not, please refund my payment. I’m willing to change my rating, but it’s not easy with the current situation. Update: The item was delivered quickly once customer service contacted me, so I’m raising my rating to 4 stars based on their quick response after communication was established.

Returned items, no refund or response

I returned my order following the provided return instructions, and confirmation of delivery to the warehouse was received. Despite several emails to customer support and messages on social media, I have not received any response or refund. I’ve had to open a dispute through my bank as there has been no reply after confirmed delivery. I hope they improve their customer service and refund process, as this experience has been very disappointing.

Regretful decision

I ordered a pair of shoes over three days ago and received an order number. Payment is marked as pending, suggesting my order hasn’t been processed, even though it states it will be shipped in 2-3 days. My email has been ignored, and based on others’ experiences, I have no faith my order will be fulfilled. I am not willing to wait without contact. Please cancel my order immediately or I will report this as fraud. Update: I received a generic response stating my order is in an 'advanced stage' of processing, but my payment is still pending. I doubt my order is being processed, and I am concerned about receiving my item or a refund without having to report fraud.

Awaiting a response

Thank you for your response. Order number provided. I hope to hear from you soon. I received my order, but within two weeks the price dropped. Instead of returning the shoes and reordering, I asked for a refund of the price difference to save on transport costs. Initially, I received responses, but now that the return period has expired, I can no longer return the shoes. Since then, I have not received any replies to my emails for about a month, which is quite unpleasant as I was trying to resolve this properly. I find it unacceptable that I have not received any further communication. I would appreciate this matter being resolved soon. Thank you in advance.

Delay with the order
