I have emailed the order and tracking details but have not received any reply. I would like to receive the correct size that I paid for. I made a purchase, and although the payment was taken from my account immediately, I never received an order confirmation or number. I emailed the customer support team three times with all my payment and order information, but I’ve yet to receive a reply. I am left in the dark about whether my order was approved or shipped, which is quite frustrating and unacceptable. I’m writing this review hoping someone finally contacts me, as the lack of communication has been disappointing. Update: I shared payment proof via email and it's been almost 24 hours without a response. Can you please confirm my order status? If not, please refund my payment. I’m willing to change my rating, but it’s not easy with the current situation. Update: The item was delivered quickly once customer service contacted me, so I’m raising my rating to 4 stars based on their quick response after communication was established.
I returned my order following the provided return instructions, and confirmation of delivery to the warehouse was received. Despite several emails to customer support and messages on social media, I have not received any response or refund. I’ve had to open a dispute through my bank as there has been no reply after confirmed delivery. I hope they improve their customer service and refund process, as this experience has been very disappointing.

Initially, I received responses, but now that the return period has expired, I can no longer return the shoes.
