Instead of returning the shoes and reordering, I asked for a refund of the price difference to save on transport costs. Initially, I received responses, but now that the return period has expired, I can no longer return the shoes. Since then, I have not received any replies to my emails for about a month, which is quite unpleasant as I was trying to resolve this properly.
