I returned my order following the provided return instructions, and confirmation of delivery to the warehouse was received. Despite several emails to customer support and messages on social media, I have not received any response or refund. I’ve had to open a dispute through my bank as there has been no reply after confirmed delivery. I hope they improve their customer service and refund process, as this experience has been very disappointing.
