I ordered a pair of shoes over three days ago and received an order number. Payment is marked as pending, suggesting my order hasn’t been processed, even though it states it will be shipped in 2-3 days. My email has been ignored, and based on others’ experiences, I have no faith my order will be fulfilled. I am not willing to wait without contact. Please cancel my order immediately or I will report this as fraud. Update: I received a generic response stating my order is in an 'advanced stage' of processing, but my payment is still pending. I doubt my order is being processed, and I am concerned about receiving my item or a refund without having to report fraud.
