The price of the shoes was debited from our account, but we never received a payment confirmation or delivery confirmation from you. We've been trying to contact you daily via email, Instagram, Facebook, and phone. None of these attempts have yielded a response. It's truly unacceptable that you're taking money but not delivering. I therefore request that you respond to my messages. We would like to receive the shoes or the purchase price we paid you.I don't see on this page that this is an isolated incident, but rather a systematic practice. This is truly disgusting! This is such a devious way of ripping people off.
