I recently purchased a baby carrier, but it was too small for me. Their website claims that you can return items within 30 days if they are unused and in original condition. I met all the criteria and provided photos when requested. They offered me partial refunds which I declined, and instead of a return label for a full refund, I was told to keep the item. I repeatedly asked for a return label and a complete refund, but I was denied. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
