I placed my order on December 30th and still haven't received it. I emailed them with my order details and haven't gotten any response. Very frustrated with this service. The only email I received was a thank you for my order, but there was no tracking number or update on shipping. It's quite upsetting for the little ones who were looking forward to it, and it disappoints me.
