The product was poorly packaged upon arrival and doesn't work at all. The marker inconsistently draws on the spoon, and the designs often fall apart in water. Customer support is terrible; I sent the product back for a refund and haven't heard anything. I'm very annoyed. I suspect the good reviews are not genuine.
