I wish I saw the other two reviews before placing my order. What a rip-off!! I ordered the magic pen set and when it arrived it came unboxed and the bowl was missing. When I contacted customer service for a refund they said unfortunately due to international shipping they haven’t found a way to send it boxed and refunded $5. Considering the website said that full refunds are given if the product is unused they were unwilling to give me my full refund even though I said I would pay to send it back myself. I will be ensuring I look for reviews in the future when using companies to avoid disappointment.
