Do not purchase any products from this company. I had an item fraudulently signed on my behalf and never received. Upon requesting support, kidinn didn't provide any reassurance and the only advice received before I could be assisted was to physically go to the post office and make a claim within 7 days. The claim process involves filling out a form, providing proof, and posting. Kidinn didn't advise me prior nor provide me with any company details or postage proof as per the criteria required to fill out the form successfully. I posted the the claim with 5 days of getting in contact with kidinn but was denied any further assistance as kidinn claim I didn't send a claim within 7 days.I am not one to write terrible reviews publicly but on this occasion, potential customers should be warned. I am appaulled!
