Purchased a Squishmallow, arrived promptly and in excellent shape. Upon opening, it met my expectations; it was securely boxed with tape, wrapped in soft and safe plastic packaging, well sealed in a plastic bag, and the toy matched the stock image perfectly. I would rate it a 10/10 and highly recommend this retailer for holiday shopping.
I received no contact or updates about my order just three days before Christmas. While I might be unlucky, a good website reacts quickly to issues. This service is the opposite, and I may end up disappointing my children on Christmas morning. Lesson learned about trying new services for gifts.
I placed an order for a doll as a Christmas gift on December 4. Initially, the delivery was promised for December 11–15, but it got pushed to December 22–31. Today, it changed again to December 24–31. Despite ordering early, my child may not have a gift. The website misleads customers about stock availability. I do not recommend this service if you want to avoid holiday disappointment.
