Review Time
Took two amounts of money, when only ordered one item. Goods not received, checked they had trustpilot logo, which is why I went ahead with purchase, now unable to get hold of them, kindly advise on how I get a refund on my money
I did make a purchase on 13/01/26. Saw on my bankaccount there is an additional £39.56 payment pending this morning. I have not bought anything from them since the 13th and neither did I sign up for a subscription with them. Reported it to my bank straight away. I was advised they are getting many complaints re this firm.As with previous reviewers, I'm embarrassed I got sucked in by the advert when usually I'm so careful.
Only tried for the first time this morning to buy through site.Credit card company declined transaction immediately, plus two other transactions from two different companies. Obviously linked to take money front my account. FRAUD IS THE WORD I WOULD USE.SHOULD BE BANNED.
Please do not trade with this company. My order placed with Kidoral but order confirmed by Cimryo which appears to be a foreign company. Higher amount taken from bank by Kidoral. Tried to cancel order within two hours, tried everything but no response at all. E-mails are blocked. Only response by Cimryo that refund cannot be made once order despatched, again my e-mail in reply is blocked!!
Ordered product on website called Himilknatureir.com.Made payment by revolut card.Cost was 46euro but 58 euro was taken by a company calledKindoral. Contacted them and was told extra payment was for taxes etc. This was not stated on website and total cost of 46 included delivery etc.
