Avoid ordering from this service

I wouldn't recommend ordering from this service. My first order took significantly longer to arrive than the timeframe given. I tried a second time, hoping for a better experience, but it's been over 6 weeks since I placed my order and still no delivery.

Parts never arrived

I waited a month for parts that never came. This has caused issues with customers' bikes in my workshop, and now I'm trying to get a refund or replacement parts. I won't be using this service again.

Extremely disappointing experience

If I could rate them zero stars, I would. What was supposed to be a 4-5 day delivery turned into 3 weeks before dispatch, followed by another week for delivery to the wrong address. Communication was evasive, and two months later, I'm still waiting for a refund while they suggest I locate the package myself. I wouldn't recommend this service.

Decent prices but delivery issues
