I’ve been a long-time customer but had to switch to online orders due to store closures. After missing out on a reward gift with my last order, I reached out to the support team. They insisted I was at fault for not including a code that I never saw in the checkout process. They were unhelpful and didn't make an effort to satisfy a loyal customer. To make matters worse, I received none of the usual freebies. Their service standards have declined, and I won’t shop with them again.
