I paid over $400 and received a small sealed box missing 11 items! They blame the packing mistake on the shipping service, which claims to have delivered the box. After waiting 1.5 months, I now have to deal with my bank. This experience has been extremely frustrating!

Disappointing Product Experience

I ordered a vitamin C serum and received a completely different product. The old formula was a smooth yellow cream; the new one is grainy and ineffective. When I contacted customer service, the representative did not seem to understand my concerns. I was told to return it at my expense. I ended up going to a store where I was offered store credit. After speaking with a manager, I finally got my money back. I won't be returning. Additionally, my honest review on their website was not published.

Poor Customer Service Experience

I’ve been a long-time customer but had to switch to online orders due to store closures. After missing out on a reward gift with my last order, I reached out to the support team. They insisted I was at fault for not including a code that I never saw in the checkout process. They were unhelpful and didn't make an effort to satisfy a loyal customer. To make matters worse, I received none of the usual freebies. Their service standards have declined, and I won’t shop with them again.
