Terrible customer service, do not bother calling their customer service lines unless you want to spend hours on the phone and do not send them an email unless you're willing to wait 4+ days for a response. My item was miss-delivered or stolen which i reported to them and promised a refund. I am yet to receive the product or a refund and have spent hours on hold waiting
