I really wanted to love shopping with Kiikio because the quality of the clothes is actually really good for the price. The pieces feel well-made, and their customer service is fast and responsive when you reach out.
However, the return process is a complete nightmare.
They offer free shipping when you order, but if you need to return anything, you’re responsible for the return shipping — which in my case cost almost as much as my $100+ refund. On top of that, there’s an additional $25 customs fee that also gets deducted. By the time everything was calculated, I was basically losing my entire refund just to send two pants back.
All I wanted was a size exchange, but there wasn’t a reasonable way to accommodate that without losing most of my money. At that point, it would’ve made more sense to just place a new order instead of returning.
Great quality and responsive service — but the return policy ultimately lost a customer. Be very careful with sizing because returns are extremely costly and not practical.
