This was my initial order of this product, and I struggled to fill the dropper completely. The design of the bottles seemed off to me. I contacted the support team, and within a few days, they explained that there are two types of droppers: a push button style, which I had, and traditional eyedroppers. They promptly sent me two eyedropper tops, making everything much simpler. The professionalism, kindness, and efficiency of the support team were outstanding. While I haven't used the product extensively yet, I can confidently say that the customer service is exceptional.
