I think that Kilgour is already a great company with a great product. The customer service reps always respond quickly and kindly. I have seen results from using their products after a few months! I highly recommend Kilgour to anyone looking for a solution to their hair loss and who also want to have a company who is always there to help them along the way!

At 63 years old, I've consistently used this product for five months, but I've seen no hair regrowth. Instead, it leaves my hair feeling heavy and greasy after application. This was a costly trial, and I fundamentally question the claims made by the company. The success stories they share seem to be based on very limited samples.
The representative was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive throughout our interactions. Their empathy made me feel valued as a customer, and they clearly understood my concerns, providing an excellent solution. I would be glad to work with them again.
This was my initial order of this product, and I struggled to fill the dropper completely. The design of the bottles seemed off to me. I contacted the support team, and within a few days, they explained that there are two types of droppers: a push button style, which I had, and traditional eyedroppers. They promptly sent me two eyedropper tops, making everything much simpler. The professionalism, kindness, and efficiency of the support team were outstanding. While I haven't used the product extensively yet, I can confidently say that the customer service is exceptional.
I began using just the treatment serum six months ago, and it felt incredibly soothing on my scalp. After a couple of months, I decided to incorporate the prevention product, and I've been using both for about four months now. My scalp, which used to be irritated and itchy, is now comfortable, and my hair appears much fuller. While it does lighten my white hairs to a blonde shade, this actually works for me as it complements my highlights and extends the time between salon visits. I also had an issue with a package not arriving, but the support team was exceptional in sending me a replacement, which I truly appreciated. This has become an essential part of my haircare routine.
Rubbish product. No results after 3 months using, can't get a refund under their guarantee because they stuffed up my first subscription order so this didn't count towards my orders. Turns blond hair yellow even though they specifically said it wouldn't. Its waaaayyyy too expensive and only lasts about 2 weeks per bottle which is not what they say on their useage instructions - tiny bottles and you need 2 syringes for every dose, they don't even go close to lasting for a month. I will finish up with my last order (as I couldn't cancel it as they had already shipped) but don't bother, its just another scam product.
I have been very happy with the KilgourMD products but also have had great responses from Customer Service, timely answers and my issue was always addressed and taken care of. This is a great company and a great product. Highly recommend.
