I have not received my item i have reached out several times but onky get a response from an AI tool …. they have shipped my itemWith evri who have weight and height measurements, and now evri are refusing toDeliver because of height and weight and are returning back to the sender i have continued to reach out to both parties with very little response back except from an AI robot…., on kinderkraft website they dont state to use evri as i believe this is because of a height and weight issues so why did they send my parcelWith Evri i am beginning to think its a scam i will be reporting to trading standards and will continue to try and get my money back I have attempted toReach out several times as i believe i should be due a refund terrible service terrible communication Would NEVER RECOMMEND AND WOULD NEVER ORDER AGAIN
