I ordered a travel cot for my daughter. I had originally planned to order it on Amazon but prefer to order direct from the company so that they get the fully payment. At checkout DPD was selected a reputable and reliable company. On your website you state you only use DPD, DHL and GHL (this was also confirmed by your chat bot).
When the order was dispatched it was shipped with Evri. Had I known it would be shipped with Evri I would not have ordered due to the poor service and reputation of Evri. The Evri driver dropped the parcel on my doorstep damaging the box but fortunately the product was actually fine.
I did raise a complaint and have had no reply as of yet which is particularly concerning as this situation is a breach of both the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as DPD was selected at checkout making it part of the contract of sale, and of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 as the advertisement on your website specifically states premium delivery services and you chose to change that without discussing it with me.
This has left a low view of kinderkraft and left me not wanting to order from kinderkraft in the future. I specifically went to your site to support kinderkraft only for you to cut corners and Evri dropping the parcel on delivery shows why I made absolute certain a reputable delivery company (dpd) was selected at checkout.
