I unfortunately ordered a case that was the wrong size for my phone (completely my fault), so I emailed customer service to try and return. I received a prompt response from the customer support team (Maria) who solved the issue almost instantly, offering to swap my phone case to the correct sized one! Maria was so nice and understanding, and you can tell this company genuinely cares about their customers and want to help - which is rare these days!
