I ordered prints that ended up getting lost by USPS (not Kinder Planet’s fault at all). After speaking with customer service, free replacement prints were shipped out quickly. I am very pleased with the prints quality and look. Would definitely order from here again! Great customer service and quality prints.

TLDR: iPhone case is so cute and picture is brilliant. Customer support were friendly, helpful and kind. Website is easy to navigate. I ordered the wrong iPhone case and they helped me solve the issues with such kindness, especially Maria! She was so understanding and helpful. It was refreshing and fantastic to be put first as human rather than a buyer with money. The iPhone case fits perfectly and is cute. I also ordered a poster and it’s as bright as pictured online. I absolutely will be buying from KinderPlanetCompany again. I made a TrustPilot account just to post this because the customer support was class.
I unfortunately ordered a case that was the wrong size for my phone (completely my fault), so I emailed customer service to try and return. I received a prompt response from the customer support team (Maria) who solved the issue almost instantly, offering to swap my phone case to the correct sized one! Maria was so nice and understanding, and you can tell this company genuinely cares about their customers and want to help - which is rare these days!
Excellent customer service. I ordered the wrong product in error. Emailed customer service to see if I could alter the order, wouldn’t have minded if not as the products are lovely but Maria got in touch with me and sorted my little mistake out immediately. Ordered 2 new cases from this site on Thursday and they arrived on Saturday; their customer service team are very quick to reply to enquiries, I emailed to check which postal service they use and they informed me it’s Royal Mail, (in case anyone is worried about Evri) cases are very high quality and my wife is delighted
