My prints got lost in the mail and their support was quick to answer, very personal in their communication and sent a replacement as soon as I reached out. When receiving the prints I was happily surprised of how beautifully the prints were wrapped in thin paper making the unboxing experience feel special. The prints themself look absolutely great with rich color and great resolution. I could not be more happy with this purchase and the interaction with their team really felt like they lived up to their company name. We had a little bit of a mix up in my family and my husband and I both ordered the same thing. But Kinder Planet Company was so understanding and helpful getting it all sorted out. Their prints are really lovely and vibrant and I would definitely recommend them!
Ordered a new phone case on the 15th a January. Received tracking details on the 22nd and the parcel tracking hasn't moved since. It's now January 26th and shipping is stated as 3-5 days on their website. Also sent two emails with no reply. Really disappointing as designs are really nice.
We had some issues with delivery and collection through no fault of the Kinder Planet, however Sana was so responsive and helpful and got our purchase to us without any stress or hassle . Absolutely brilliant customer service Would highly recommend and the product we bought is fantastic!
I ordered a Christmas gift on the 10th that was supposed to come before the 20th of december.. It's 23 and just one jas arrived.. the other one Is still in transit.I don't even know when the second one will arrive..I have to go home after Christmas so I probably won't get my package in time..It's really frustrating when you vant trust the shipping dates..
