I've only gone through half the program so far. I started 5 weeks ago, and have been intensely focused for at least 15 hours a week. The teaching is very in-depth, with multiple examples and long videos explaining what various coaches recommend doing. I've noticed that I'm still confused after watching so many different explanations per unit, so I guess I'll just practice it myself and figure out the best way for me. I'll also need to re-watch numerous videos that I liked. I recommend keeping score and marking the methods that appeal so you can re-watch. However, better too long and too many than not enough videos! I love the tools and all the different ways you can use them to get to the goal of publishing and earning on Amazon. Keywords and advertising is something I'm still not completely clear on, but no doubt this will all work out as I go. Looking forward today to starting to learn about Blink Books! :) I'm really impressed with the depth and wealth of practical information included in this program. I am so excited to publish my first book! Way to go team!
In my experience, enrolling in Sophie Howard’s KPI Course felt disappointing and not worth the investment. The program promotes independent publishing as a highly profitable side hustle, but the reality is that Amazon is heavily saturated with millions of publishers. Even narrowing down into very specific niches doesn’t guarantee visibility or ranking on page one.Inside the program, there is also a strong push to purchase an additional $10,000 one-on-one coaching package. What isn’t made clear upfront is the full financial commitment required — including the many paid tools and software you need, plus the thousands of dollars you’re expected to spend on Amazon advertising just to get a book seen.
The amount of help available! It’s truly a remarkable program, every little step has been thought out. The check in phone calls and weekly Q&A sessions are great to learn from as well. I’m loving it and couldn’t have asked for anymore help. Annette
While the training modules were excellent, the ability to actually make income through publishing is very very limited. We did everything we were supposed to yet were unable to make any income. We contacted them to obtain a refund and we’re told we were 28 days outside the period within which a refund could be issued. It is impossible to publish a book in six months. We worked as quickly as possible. be wary that you can make money in publishing.
