I ordered a rainbow block toy as a gift for my friend’s new born baby girl. The item was delivered on time and was beautifully made. I ran into one problem however from my end. I ordered the item with the name “Isabel” and my friend changed the spelling of the name last minute to “Isabelle”. I contacted the shop owner Jack and he quickly responded to rectify the issue.
