I recently bought an unused buggy from kindora, but the handlebar adjustment was faulty. Barry offered to fix the problem and supply a temporary replacement buggy. Unfortunately the problem was not resolved by that refurbishment company, but Barry immediately found a different one, the buggy bar. Both the buggy bar and Barry were in constant contact with me and the buggy was fixed. Despite the inconvenience, they were both really helpful, apologetic and worked swiftly to fix it. Great after sales service. Would recommend kindora and will purchase from them again.
