Ordered £40.82 worth of stuff sunday 11th January. No communication from them. No package has arrived and its now 25th January. Avoid avoid avoid. Hopefully will get my money back via credit card.
I had no idea I was making a purchase from this company, let alone for two different lots of food. I intended to buy a hairbrush straightener. This feels like a scam and should not be tolerated. Why is this still permitted? It's frustrating that contacting them for a refund is nearly impossible.

I ordered a set with 50 balls and 100 sticks and a tent for my two grandchildren to share as a Christmas gift. The company just notified me that they altered my order to 31 balls and 54 sticks, which is half of what I originally ordered for the same price. What I wanted is no longer represented. I'm furious and have no options. They have my money and seem indifferent. It's unacceptable. They could have at least sent a set with 45 balls and 75 sticks but instead chose to reduce the quantity and even had the audacity to send a 10% discount code for my next order.
