I have been using the patches for almost 2 months. I do feel the magnesium is helping me sleep better. I also like the depuff patches. Overall, I do have more energy. I am allergic to the adhesive. It does make my skin red and sometimes blisters. I move the patches around. I can’t put them on skin that will show because of the reaction.
