I have anxiety issues. They’re not horrible but at certain times they get a little much so I got these patches. They are absolutely working great I went on my first solo tour to Costa Rica and everything. I still remained calm and didn’t get overly uptight over things had a great time and these patches definitely were part of that.
1st it took over a month to get delivered. 2nd they do nothing. 3rd. Omg they hurt soooo freaking bad when u take them off. They take the top layer of skin sometimes. 4th they leave a huge mark that has not came off in 2 to 3 weeks. Not a good product at all. Great idea. Poor performance as in zero performance.
I found the dopamine kind Patches very strong & gave me waves & weird dreams where everything was going wrong. Very confusing. Is it possible to halve the dose by masking or cutting the patches in half???
I love Kind Patches. I’ve used the berberine patches for a while now and they help control my hunger. I can definitely tell that the food noise is stronger on the days I don’t use them. I also like the Dream Patch, for sleep.
After having this product in my cart for months and reading tons of reviews I finally bit the bullet and bought them excited to try get the results stated all over website etc. However after trying 3 separate times and wearing them a few weeks each to give them a chance. Not only was there no results or difference noticed but both lots of patches made me itchy, gave me welts and reactions that started removing the top layer of skin even. I constantly moved patches to not re-irritate the same skin but got the same bad results. Quite disappointing really and wouldn't be able to recommend at all as now products are just sitting in the draw unusable and the money spent without anything but bad results.
The Berberine Patches have been working well for suppressing my cravings. I have been using them for a month now, and will continue to use them. They don’t magically make you lose weight, but they do silence my food cravings - which has helped me to lose weight.

I have bruises after using for a week or two. Don’t waste your money with the patches your skin will never be the same. If I had to chose where I would be left with permanent circle bruises on my skin it wouldn’t be my chest or shoulders 😡
