I am extremely frustrated with the poor service regarding my order. My delivery was scheduled for December 2nd, but it was not delivered due to an alleged driver injury. I was promised a call the next day, which never happened. I had to reach out multiple times just to get basic information. Now, after failing to meet their original commitment, the delivery is pushed to December 8th. This is utterly unprofessional. A Black Friday order delayed for almost a week with no communication is unacceptable for any logistics company. I demand my TV be delivered tomorrow or Saturday at the latest. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, and I will not accept another week-long wait due to their internal issues. Please arrange immediate delivery and confirm the revised time without further excuses.
