i booked a date for delivery of my 77 inch Smart LG TV. Had an email. Stayed home and lost a half day work.. and through the tracker watched the driver head off eastwards. No visit, no message, my wife and I were home, delivery took nearly a week more. Attrocious.
Delivery from Costco. Was able to choose the day of delivery. Was given a 3 hour slot. Recieved a text 30 minutes prior to delivery. Goods were unloaded and placed in rear garden for me. Happy to recommend.
Honestly, I can't think of any way to enhance your service; it has been outstanding throughout. Firstly, I appreciated receiving delivery time slots, which made things much more convenient. Following that, I received consistent updates. The delivery driver was both friendly and professional. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Thank you 😊
I wanted to share my **positive** feedback about the delivery team. They arrived right on schedule and assisted me in getting the unit to my conservatory, all while navigating the ongoing driveway work without any issues. They are truly an asset to the organization.
Excellent service. Great communication. Booking a delivery date was easy via the link, and I received a predicted time the day before along with a tracking link to follow the driver. The delivery team called when they couldn't find us and were exceptional.
James and his assistant, whose name I didn't catch, were incredibly friendly and courteous while engaging in conversation. They handled the delivery of the chair we ordered with great care, making sure to be gentle with our other furniture. They also interacted well with our Corgis, patiently enduring their excited barking and attempts to greet them.
I had a delivery scheduled today between 12–3pm. I took a full day off work to be present, only to receive a message during the delivery window stating my order hadn't even been loaded onto the truck and needed rescheduling. This is completely unacceptable. There was no prior notice or explanation. Communication and reliability are shockingly poor. The re-delivery is now prioritized, but it's six days later due to their incompetence. I would avoid them at all costs.
