My second review to confirm my poor and appalling experience. They couldn’t deliver my bulky panels at my date of choosing despite the long chain of emails citing their unreasonable short notice period and this not being part of sales contract. My partner had to take urgent leave to receive and after all the inconvenience and a month of dates they threw at me despite communicating with them they don’t work: we received a damaged solid panel which clearly has taken a knock with dents and cracks only possible at an industrial location. Dear Phil Dickens and management team: Please take responsibility for a company born by furniture people. Really? A month to deliver and damaged goods you didn’t pay for? No delivery company delivers at their convenience, withholds my paid goods for almost a month and deliver them damaged. Please do us favor and do not take the B2C business of retailers. You are damaging your own brand and theirs.I say this with no prejudice - I have used cross country, international delivery services and many Uk delivery services over the years and this by far the worst experience. A delivery company withholding paid goods because of their flawed delivery schedule and damaging them in the process
