Ignore Emails and answer text messages with a Ai generated text.2 weeks ago sent half my order but the other half never got on the van due to a computer error!!!. Then 2 weeks later attempted to deliver and the van broke down this happened last year with the same company and on that occasion they broke a mirror wardrobe in transit. They could send a replacement van out to take over the deliveries on the day but it as to be towed back to base .A very poorly run company and the most frustrating thing is you can't talk to a person 😕
