There was a delay from the retailer that I had purchased my couch from which would have resulted in a week delay in delivery. After speaking with customer contact ( Kayla) they did everything they could to get my delivery to me as quickly as possible. Kayla was super quick in responding, so helpful and this made what could have been a really stressful situation a really positive one! On delivering, the drivers were so professional, moved everything into the house quickly and expertly . Fantastic experience!
