They ask you to select a delivery day. Then, a couple of days before they arbitrarily change the day without any consultation as to the customer's availability. The only options then given are to nominate a safe space or involve a neighbour if you are unavailable. No other options. The online tracking and time forecasting is woeful. Not only difficult to decipher but also hours out. The driver of our consignment conspired to get lost resulting in several phone calls in which he appeared to think it was all my fault and threatened to take the item back to the warehouse when I complained about the ridiculous route he was taking.So the route given to him by his company was nonsensical leading him to drive close by our house to a position several miles away only to return to our area. The driver admitted that he has similar complaints all the time.
