The delivery was over an hour outside the delivery time but to be fair the driver apologised and explained what had happened as soon as he arrived. Road closures and delays on his route - totally not his fault. Ben Jackson the delivery driver after a very long shift was still smiling upbeat and very helpful with the delivery.
