My tv broke and had to be returned to Costco for refund so same day bought a new tv from Costco arranged with your company for tv delivery and collection old for new 6 days later I was in correspondence with your company through the week it was a great experience right up to helping your men pack the old tv and into the van I then asked where’s my new tv they said we haven’t got a clue so I shown them the delivery email to be told that was a delivery of an empty box to take the old one away absolutely flabbergasted, so my dealing with Costco has now been 14 days and still no tv, curry’s could have delivered a new tv the same day and on to 3 days later had a call from a manager at kinetic who explained what had happened it was a perfect storm all coming together of my booking Costco logistics and kinetic all receiving conflicting messages emails text and calls gladly sorted out was very confused as my dealings with kinetic have been 5*
