I booked this delivery slot a week prior.Pros: great communication all the way, I like the live tracking too.Cons: I got a message at 8pm the day before delivery, confirming delivery time between 4pm and 7pm. We had already arranged to meet friends for dinner and would not be in after 5pm. I asked neighbour to take delivery, it arrived 8.30pm we have to now carry it round to our house and get it upstairs, its a large dressing table and we are pensioners, so not a good delivery experience in that respect.
