I had never heard of Kineticlogistics before and, I guess, in my mind, wrongly, assumed delivery standards would fit in with the 'hit and miss' services from many delivery companies these days. Great communications from the time I was informed they would be handling my delivery, to being informed of the day and time slot. On delivery day I received confirmation of time slot and was kept updated on journey progress. The two deliverymen were extremely friendly and even had a little time to chat and placed the large, heavy item just where I asked them to. The item, despite it's size and weight (it was a gazebo) was handled so well. I don't recall seeing any damage to the packaging anywhere. In the future if I learned that this company was handling my delivery I would be very confident that said item would arrive on time and undamaged. Thank you.
