Ordered a TV from Costco, received an email from Kinetic asking us to choose a delivery date all self explanatory. We were kept informed on the day of delivery giving us an approximate delivery time, we had a telephone call from the delivery guys saying that they were 30 mins away. The two delivery guys were great, helpful, funny and had a good sense of humour as it was absolutely pooring down of rain.Would definitely use again.
