Before delivering a TV set I bought online from Costco, Kinetic Logistics would require my input to select a delivery date which was 10 days from my purchase. Having waited for 10 days, the delivery guy just presented me with a blank screen on his smart phone to put a signature on. I asked him what I was signing for but he refused to explain and just said "I am in a hurry; no signature no TV". So he just took the TV away. Very disappointing.
