Great people, very efficient and very very polite. Kayla, of customer services, responded to my query regarding the delivery of a large Television very promptly, twice in the space of one day if I am not mistaken, coordinating between myself and the driver, and making sure my message got through to him.Not only that, she even managed to bring the delivery forward two days, which was very crucial to me, from Monday the 23rd to Thursday the 19th of June 2025.And, on the day of the delivery, I was the first drop off point, so that I could collect the TV and be on my way before 9:30 am, as I had requested!
