Horrendous service - cancelled my delivery because they had a sick driver when I specifically booked a day off of work. Customer service phone number dials out every time and when emailed nothing could be changed so had to stick to the rescheduled date/time. Upon arrival, even though I stated on their initial booking form there was no lift, the delivery drivers stated they don’t bring parcels above floor 2, I reside on floor 4. Highly recommended you don’t use this company!
