Bought a couch, paid for “white glove delivery” via Costco which includes delivery to your desired room, assembly and removal of all the packaging. Instead driver refused, wanted to leave it on the street, took half an hour to even convince them to help me bring it up the stairs (one single flight of 12 steps) left it at the top of the stairs blocking the only fire exit. Took me 2 hours to get it inside myself - would have taken them less than 5. Really really disappointed.
