I was sent a calendar sheet to select a date and Friday was the only one for this week - so I selected the one available. The text snd e mail confirmed Friday between 9.00 am - 12.00. At 08.26 I received a text saying the delivery had been cancelled due to a driver sickness and they would deliver Saturday the same time slot. I e mailed and phoned customer service asking could the Saturday delivery be after 12.00 as I already taken Friday off and had appointments Saturday am. I eventually received a response saying no as the post codes are on a schedule. Very disappointed due to this being your cancellation not mine. The Saturday one arrived at 11.45 so again felt a little disappointed. The actual delivery driver on Saturday were good.
