Ordered a set of four large sliding mirror doors from B&Q, received a series of messages from Kinetic saying they would be delivering, finally proposing a date and time, which I was asked to either accept or ask to reschedule before 7am that day. Ironically the e-mail was received at 9.50, but I accepted anyway.On the day, the driver phoned 25 minutes before he arrived, as promised, and he turned up bang on time. Mark, a very amiable chap from Chesterfield, carefully unloaded, then took a few photos to prove he'd been! Overall a very satisfactory, stress-free experience.
